AStA: General Students' Committee

The General Students’ Committee (Allgemeiner Studierendenausschuss – AStA) represents students’ interests at the university level. The AStA also offers support with general questions and different counseling offers.

FSR WIR - Fachschaftsrat (Student Representative Council)

FSR WIR represents the student interests (faculty level), and is your contact point in case of problems concerning your studies. It also contributes to Welcome Week, parties, and other events.

 

Erasmus Student Network (ESN)

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) supports international exchange students at the University of Siegen and provides regular meetings, theme nights, events and trips during orientation days and lecture period.

Model United Nations Siegen (MUN Siegen)

Engage in a realistic and predominantly English simulation of the United Nations. MUN Siegen offers a practical trial ground for the development of essential skills relevant to diplomacy and negotiation, with opportunities to participate in diverse conferences in Germany and abroad.

House of Young Talents (HYT)

The HYT offers graduate support and doctoral programs, scholarships, career coaching, seminars, workshops, and organizes events.
